HiDispersion　DOTG-70

The accelerator HiDispersion® DOTG-70 causes very slow onset of cure and a relatively slow rate of cure. HiDispersion DOTG-70, used on its own, causes a strong rever- sion; therefore the use of effective antioxidants is recommended.
When HiDispersion DOTG-70 is used in combination with mercapto, sulphenamide, thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators, reciprocal activation and secondary acceleration can be achieved. The crosslinking density and rate of cure are increased. Good mechanical properties and good ageing resistance are obtained. HiDispersion DOTG-70 has no tendency to bloom in the vulcanizates.

The thermoplastic, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing. In this way, optimal activity of the effective DOTG is assured.

In NRprimary: 0.8 - 1.2 phr DOTG-70 with 2.5 - 4 phr S-80;
secondary: 0.05-0.4 phr DOTG-70 with 1-1.5 phr MBTS-80 and 1.5-3 phr S-80;
In SBR0.1 - 0.4 phr DOTG-70 with 1 - 1.5 phr MBTS-80 and 1.5 - 2.5 phr S-80;
In NBR0.05 - 0.4 phr DOTG-70 with 1.5 - 2.4 phr S-80 and 0.8 - 1.5 phr CBS-80.
