| Use Characteristics: |
The super acceleralor HiDispersion® ETU-80 causes rapid and scorch-safe vulcanization of chloroprene rubber with high tenslle strength, low compression set and high resillence. In CR compounds, MBT-80 and MBTS-80 sre effective as retarders for ETU-80. In other diene rubbers it serves as an activator and secondary accelerator for systems containing little or no sulfur. The vulcanizates, accelerated with HiDispersion® ETU-80, show good ageing and mechanical properties. Generally, blooming does not occur. |
