Sodium Lignosulfonate from alkaline paper-making black liquor through concentration, filtration and spray drying, which belongs to construction raw materials. It can be used as water reducer in concrete, the water reducing rate is 8-9%. And it also can be used as retarder, early strength agent, air entraining agent, pumping aid agent and so on. If you want to used in cement, also can be cement grinding agent.

Application:
In the field of concrete additives, the ligno sulfonate can be applied as common water reducing admixture and built material of series multifunction high-performance water reducing admixtures. The products can be directly adopted as additive in the concrete .Moreover, they also can be compounded with such high-performance water reducing admixtures as naphthalene series and melamine series etc. And, they are also ideal materials for series retarding agents and pumping agents etc.
Operation Method
1,When 0.2-0.3% of mixing amount is in concrete (with cement weight), users can adjust the mixing amount through the test.
2,ligno sulphonate can be used after mixing liquid, also can be put with cement , aggregated into mixer to use at the same time also. The time is needed to be lengthened properly.
