Product introduction polyaspartic coating

The component A is composed of an aliphatic polyurea modified resin, a pigment filler, an auxiliary agent and a small amount of an environmentally friendly solvent, and the component B is composed of an aliphatic isocyanate and a prepolymer. Construction process:

Leveling the substrate making a closed primer roller coating or spraying polyurea coating roller coating T301 anti-chlorine topcoat.

Mix component A and component B in a mass ratio of 2:1, roll or brush, and add about 5-10% diluent if necessary.


Shelf Life: The polyurea A component is 12 months, and the curing agent component B is 6 months (the product is qualified for expiration and can still be used).

Construction conditions

Temperature is 5-35°C; Humidity <85%; Slope <5%; Flatness: 3m Ruler tolerance 3mm.

Reserve expansion joints: Generally, the seam is cut at a pitch of 6m, the slit width is 6mm, and the depth is 2cm;

Cement strength: The cement foundation strength must reach C25 or above; the curing time is not less than 28 days.

2. Construction method

(1) Base surface treatment

A. Cut the V-slot and cut the expansion joint with a square of no more than 6x6m. The expansion joint width x depth = 6x 20mm.

B. Base surface grinding and cleaning: Grinding and leveling the rough and convex parts of the base surface with a sander to clean the scene.

C. Caulking: first clean the expansion joints. If the seam is deep or wide, use rubber particles or foam bottom, and then fill with polyurea elastic paint. For special recesses, repair with elastic materials and sand. .

D. Primer: After the foundation is sufficiently dry, brush the special primer T9302 and apply it to the base surface in two steps.

(2) Polyurea Polyaspartic elastic intermediate layer construction

Mix the A and B components of the polyurea elastic intermediate paint in proportion and try to use up within 30 minutes. During the construction, the paint should be scraped on the base surface with a toothed file or scraping. The thickness of each coating should not exceed 1mm, the second pass after 3-6h drying, and so on, until the thickness is required. Pay attention to the leveling effect when painting, to ensure the surface is smooth. T107 can be used as a layer of polyurea mortar, and then a T100/T109 coating.

(3) Surface layer construction: Mix the A and B parts of the top coat T301 in a ratio of 2:1 and apply it to the intermediate layer with a roller or spray gun.

(4) Apply anti-slip finish: Floors that require anti-slip treatment must be coated with anti-slip layers, such as amusement parks. Mix the A and B components of the anti-slip topcoat paint in a specified ratio and apply them to the layer by roller or spray gun.


3. Precautions

(1). During the construction process, the front coat must be trimmed before each process and the surface cleaned.

(2). After the site is laid, it needs to be maintained for more than 7 days before it can be put into use.

(3). Pay attention to the change of the day before the construction of each process. After the construction, ensure that there is no water immersion within 5-10 hours.
