Product Properties
Cold water enzyme powder is suitable for washing processing of varieties of jeans. High dynamic,
fast getting flower, short time of wash fermentation, stable performance, without heating during
use which can greatly save energy, reduce costs. Washed fabrics unbreakable, high contrast,
low back staining extent, fabric surface smooth, strong stereoscopic and soft feeling.
1. The from flowers and shave of cold water is more than current 50ºC enzyme washing effect,
and the fermentation time is fairly with 50ºC enzyme washing.
2. The feel is far superior to current 50ºC enzyme washing effect, which can significantly
reduce the amount of softener.
3. Adopt buffer system which is friendly to environment. It is without APEO with low prices.
Usage & Dosage
Enzyme dosage: 0.5-2% o.w.f.(ratio to fabric weight)
Bath ratio: 1:10-1:12
pH values: 5-7(no need to adjust pH)
Temperature: 25-40ºC(Tap water and well water are both ok. Do not heating!)
Time: 20-50 minutes

Stored in a cool, dry place, and away from sunlight. Cover tightly to avoid pollution when not use. The shelf life can be 6-12 months at low temperature.
