Overview
Anti-Ozone softener is a complex cationic softener base specifically. designed for ozone and UV inhibition to indigo dyed denim .
provides superior lubrication and softening to denim along with excellent sewability. It can be applied any-where during the finishing process but is generally recommended during the last rinse of the garment wash process, prior to extracting the garment.

Property & Characteristics
1. Prevent fabric from losing brightness due to environmental exposure. Particularly useful on light shade of denim.
2. Imparts a soft, mellow hand feel.
3. Does not contain any flammable solvents.
4. Certain hydrophilic.
5. Protection of indigo dyed fabrics from the effects of ozone fade.
Application
Suitable for washing mills. For demin, wash cloth, and variety clothing soft finishing.
Usage
The usage rate is generally dependent upon the depth of the shade. Typically 0.5% to 2% o.w.g. is sufficient. For very light or heavily bleached shade,1 % to 3% o.w.g. maybe required.
Storage
Should be stored between 10ºC and 35ºC to insure maximum shelf-life. It is highly recommended that the containers be closed tightly after use. This will insure the best storage conditions for the remaining material.
