Application
Technical performance:
1. Excellent water reducing rate. When the dosage is 0.4% ~ 0.4% by weight of the cement, sodium naphthalene sulfonate superplasticizer can significantly reduce 15% ~25% mixing water in concrete.
2. Excellent lowability. Under the same water cement ratio, incorporating sodium naphthalene sulfonate can make the initial reference concrete slump increased by more than 10 cm.
3. Excellent enhance ability of strength. The early strength of mortar or concrete is increased by 40% ~ 70%, when the appropriate mix content is added.
4. Excellent ability of saving cement. 10-25% of cement can be reserved under the condition of the same slump loss and same strength. Using 1 ton of this product can save cement 20 ~ 50 tons.
5. Excellent workability. Mixed with this product can greatly improve the workability of concrete, and improve the mechanical properties of concrete, the compressive, flexural member, the elastic modulus and strength will be increased accordingly.
6. Excellent adaptability to cement. The product has better adaptability to various cements. Such as Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag cement, ash, cement, etc.
7. Excellent adaptability to concrete engineering. The product is especially suitable for the foundation concrete, mass concrete, flow pattern, the self-compacting concrete, concrete pipe, autotrophic prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete.
